Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal ChecksWe accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Multiple Product OrdersFor a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless other arrangements are made. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

Out-of-Stock ProductsQuadrocopter LLC reserves the right to ship all out-of-stock products as they become available. If the out-of-stock product is expected within 5-7 days, we reserve the right to hold your order and ship complete. It the out-of-stock product is not expected within 5-7 days, we reserve the right to split your order into 2 shipments.

ReturnsWe will accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of purchase, except for DJI Products. Please see DJI Return policy below. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase. All sales are final for reduced price items and used items. Once an aircraft has been flown and activated, it can not be returned. We pride ourselves in customer service and will work with you to make sure your system is functioning.
If a product is found to be broken, faulty, or otherwise inoperable, please initiate a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in your online account. Items returned will be fixed or replaced by a new part, in kind. Pending on the nature of the malfunction we may chose to send the part directly to the manufacturer for repairs. Please be aware that this may take a significant amount of time.
Returns will not be shipped until we receive the RMA item. Please do not under any circumstances return a product before receiving prior authorization from our staff. We reserve the right to apply a restocking charge up to 20% of the value of the product. Store credit will be issued only after we received, inspected, and determined the product is in resalable condition. All other refund issues will be considered at a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of our management based on prior agreement with the customer.
DJI Return PolicyDJI only allows us to process RMA's that are within 10 days of the end customers date of purchase. We have to receive the item within this 10 day period in order to get authorization from DJI to send it in for warranty issues. All items must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, documentations, and registration that shipped with the item. All serial numbers must match what is on the original packaging. If the item has been involved in any kind of crash, fall, or accident, even if it is a manufacturer defect, it will need to be returned to DJI directly.
Beyond this 10 day window, the end user will need to contact DJI directly for any warranty issues.
Shipping PolicyMost orders received by 11:00 AM will be shipped on the same day. Most orders placed after 12:00 or on Saturdays, Sundays, and all U.S. Holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Quadrocopter LLC reserves the right to ship all out-of-stock products as they become available. If the out-of-stock product is expected within 5-7 days, we reserve the right to hold your order and ship complete. If the out-of-stock product is not expected within 5-7 days, we reserve the right to split your order into 2 shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase insurance for all orders. Quadrocopter LLC will not be held responsible for lost packages or items damaged in transit that are NOT insured. Please consider the shipping or transit time for all orders as only an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid unforeseen delays caused by weather, shipping interruptions and/or product availability. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It is Quadrocopter LLC's policy to declare actual values for custom's agencies worldwide. We will not undervalue any shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all customs/duties/brokerage fees (if applicable) for the shipping method selected. Quadrocopter LLC reserves the right to change the shipping method on any international order valued at $2,500.00 or more. Customs clearance varies per order and per country; please allow for additional customs clearance time. RTF CUSTOMERS: All RTF orders ship after full assembly, testing and payment. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive.
Lithium BatteriesThe shipping of some lithium ion batteries is restricted and requires hazardous materials safety compliance. Note that Quadrocopter reserves the right to change shipping methods for orders containing lithium ion batteries. Please handle all batteries with care.
TaxesQuadrocopter LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical ErrorsIn the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Quadrocopter LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Quadrocopter LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Quadrocopter LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
LiabilityQuadrocopter assumes no liability for damage or injury associated with the use of the systems sold. Quadrocopter does not guarantee error-free behavior of the electronics or software. Despite careful preparation and review, Quadrocopter does not assume any warranty or liability (direct or indirect) for the accuracy of the software, hardware or information. RTF Platforms and Mikrokopter equipment will require the use of a computer to change parameters and settings of the MikroKopter.
Liability for adjustmentsPurchaser is responsible for any personal adjustments to their platforms.
Liability for damagesPurchaser assumes all liability for damages to property or persons caused by the equipment.
Liability for improper usePurchaser assumes liability for improper use of this product.
InsuranceIt is recommended that Purchaser not fly without purchasing liability insurance. This helps cover costs in the event that persons are hurt or property is damaged as a result of your multi-rotor. In general, model aircraft are not covered by standard liability insurance.
Assumption of RiskPurchaser will assume all risk and determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use. Anyone injured or any property damaged by use of this product is the sole responsibility of the user.
IN NO EVENT SHALL QUADROCOPTER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO THE USE OF PRODUCTS SOLD. INDEMNITY: PURCHSER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMELESS QUADROCOPTER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES ACTUALLY INCURRED) ON ACCOUNT OF DEATH OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY GOODS SUPPLIED. THIS INDEMNITY SHALL APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER THE CLAIM, DAMAGE, LIABILITY OR EXPENSE IS BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER TORT.
